What does the basic management package contain?
- The first data migration is free
- Disk space monitoring
- Service restart on demand (apache / postfix / etc)
- Server restart on demand
- Operating System update on demand
- Server logs check on demand
- Requests are handled via the ticketing system
- The VPS management is done via the ClusterCS Control Panel
Extra hours are priced at 35 Euros/hour (plus VAT)
